The BonAparte processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. We obtain your details in the manner described below:
- You provide them yourself by using the contact form on our website;
- you provide them yourself by email or telephone;
- by reserving via a booking website including: booking.com, AirBnB.nl.
Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

- Pay and/or invoice details.
How we process these personal data:
- by making a printout of a reservation request;
- transferring the data to an Excel file on a standalone computer;
Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect information about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We encourage parents to be involved in their children’s online activities in order to prevent the collection of information about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without that consent, please contact us and we will delete that information.
For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?
The BonAparte processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- for the night register
- be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary in order to carry out our services
- The BonAparte also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.
How long we retain personal data
BonAparte does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected. For example, due to possible checks by the tax authorities on tourist tax, it is obligatory to keep this data for 7 years.
Sharing personal data with third parties
The BonAparte only provides to third parties and only if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Access, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent for the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by De BonAparte and you have the right to data transfer. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organisation you have mentioned. You can submit a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data treatying of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data via our contactformulier. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
